You may be surprised to learn that periodically spraying your bins with bleach or other household disinfectants isn’t doing anything except wasting your time and money. To eliminate the bacteria colonizing your bins, you would need to fully saturate every inch of the bin and leave it for at least twenty minutes—something no one is doing. Our trash bin cleaning is quick, easy, and much more affordable than the cost of the cleaners you’d actually need to use to do the job yourself. Better yet, using high heat and specialized cleaning jets, we eliminate the use of harsh chemicals altogether.
No — for residential bin cleaning, we will schedule your cleaning at the same time we pick up your trash. Or, if you use the city’s garbage collection service, we’ll schedule your cleaning on the same day and we’ll return your bins to the location of your choice.
For commercial dumpster cleaning, in order for our team to gain access, your garbage collection site will need to be unlocked if you use a padlock.
Trash Pickup
Your garbage needs to be ready for collection by 7AM on scheduled pick up days. Please bag your garbage and place it into bins. Any cardboard boxes should be broken down. If your scheduled pickup day falls on a major holiday, it will be picked up the next business day.
Yes — please include only household trash. Unacceptable items would include appliances and electronics, wet paint, oils, and other chemical waste, construction materials and yard debris. We are able to pick up large items, non-residential trash, and excessive amounts of garbage if scheduled.
Pressure Cleaning and Soft Washing
This is dependent upon the square footage of the area to be cleaned. Reach out to us today for a free quote for your home or business.
In many case, the water capacity of our mobile cleaning truck is sufficient and does not require access to water on site. However, some larger jobs will require water access, depending upon the square footage of the area to be cleaned. We’ll determine your specific needs as part of your free quote.
